Canning 105 – Salsa & Hot Sauce 10/21

Learn the best techniques for making salsas and hot sauce using fermented peppers. In the first part of the class we will cover canning and equipment basics, safe canning practices and ingredients needed. Then we will go hands on. This class will teach on the water bath canning method. You will leave with a jar of your own hot sauce and salsa.

Class Includes: All materials needed to make one jar of hot sauce and salsa for each student.

Minimum Age: 12 (must be accompanied by adult if under 18)
Class Duration: 2.5 Hours
Dresscode: Dress code is casual.
Our classes are small and each class will fill up. If you cannot make it to the class and you are outside of our cancellation period then your ticket will be forfieted. Gates open for class 15 minutes prior to the start time. Gates will close 10 minutes after start time. If you do not show on time and do not contact us to make arrangements for late arrival then you will not be able to attend the class. Once the gates are closed and class begins there will be no way that we will be able to leave the class and open the gates.
Tickets can be cancelled for a full refund 5 days prior to the start date of the class. After this period ticket purchases are final.
