Canning For Christmas

In this unique canning basics class we will be teaching safe canning practices while discussing recipes that are perfect for gift giving. During our hands-on class we will be creating and preserving Cowboy Candy: Candied Jalepenos as well as Cowboy Chutney – a delicious meat and cheese accompaniment.

As a bonus, we will make a 30 minute dinner roll that your holiday guests will rave about and at the end of class we will sample all of our creations.

Class Includes: All materials needed. Students will leave with one jar of Cowboy Chutney and One jar of Cowboy Candy. Pair this class with our Soapmaking For Christmas for a truly unique holiday gift.

Minimum Age: 14 (must be accompanied by adult if under 18)
Class Duration: 2.5 Hours
Dresscode: Dress code is casual.
