Whipped Honey

Whipped honey is honey that has been processed to control crystallization. Also known as honey fondant, it has a smooth, spreadable consistency and lighter color than liquid honey. This is done through a natural process and the honey has a “chewable” consistency. Use it as a spread on toast or try it on yogurt, granola, or any treat you want to flavor up.
