Whipped Vanilla Honey

Whipped honey is honey that has been processed to control crystallization. Also known as honey fondant, it has a smooth, spreadable consistency and lighter color than liquid honey. This is done through a natural process and the honey has a “chewable” consistency.

Infused with grade A Madagascar vanilla beans. We extract the vanilla caviar and place into the honey during crystallization. Infusions sit for a minimum of 30 days to allow the vanilla to release its wonderful flavor into the honey. No extracts or additives, just 100% honey and vanilla beans! This is done through a natural process and the honey has a “chewable” consistency. Use it as a spread on toast or try it on yogurt, granola, or any treat you want to flavor up.
