Canning 103 – Tomato Products 7-26

Home canning tomatoes is a excellent way to enjoy your harvest long after the growing season is done. Farm Fresh tomatoes aren’t going to stay fresh all year, and we know you want to keep using them in your home cooked meals all year round. So we’ve put together this all inclusive tomato canning class so you can take home the goods and get preserving. We will be canning a red tomato product and a green tomato product. We will cover safe canning practices and share our favorite recipes. Students will get to take home a jar for freshly canned tomato product they made in class.

Minimum Age: 10 (must be accompanied by adult if under 18)
Class Duration: 2.5 Hours
Dresscode: Dress code is casual.
