Beginners Soapmaking is a class for anyone who would like to learn the basic steps to making homemade soap. We teach traditional soap making methods using a blend of oils and lye. Each student will make 1 lb of soap that they get to take home with them.

This class will focus on the basic soapmaking process: safety, blending oil and lye, adding single colors adding fragrance and molding.

Class Includes:
We supply the raw ingredients: oil, lye, fragrances, colors, soap making equipment and safety equipment (gloves, goggles, mask). We do not supply a soap mold. What if I cannot make it to the class?

Our classes are small and each class will fill up. If you cannot make it to the class and you are outside of our cancellation period then your ticket will be forfieted. You can transfer your ticket to someone else prior to the class start.

What if I am running late to class?

Gates open for class 15 minutes prior to the start time. Gates will close 10 minutes after start time. Once the gates are closed and class begins there will be no way that we will be able to leave the class and open the gates.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our classes are very small and sell out. For this reason, we have a cancellation policy that would allow the possibility for us to fill your seat should you need to cancel your class.
